Gum Contouring / Gingivectomy
Gum Contouring, also known as Gingivectomy is a medical procedure that can be preferred for both medical and cosmetic purposes. The operation can be used to treat conditions like gingivitis or to correct uneven or too low/high gum lines. The procedure can bring the gums to the ideal shape and position, and give patients a smile they can be proud of. In some cases, it can be combined with other dental procedures such as crown lengthening or pocket reduction.
